and other contractors and therefore disclaims responsibility for any losses, damages, accidents, changes of
08. REFUND
After commencement of tour, NO REFUND (in full or part) shall be given for services included in the itinerary
that are not utilised.
07. CHILD RATE (02-11 YEARS OLD)
Unless otherwise indicated, the child rate is generally 75% of the adult rate. In any tour package that includes
accommodation, it is based on the child sharing one twin room with two adults. If a child occupies a single room or
twin-shares with an adult, the full adult rate will apply. An extra bed for child may incur a surcharge.

06. VOUCHERS
All vouchers are to be interstated to:

to 100% cancellation fee.
05. TAXES
All rates are inclusive of (10%) service charges and (5%) government taxes.
100% cancellation charges will be applied for cancellations made 48 hours prior to client's arrival.
Please see individual cancellation policies for Diving Packages. DYNAMIC TOURS cannot be held responsible for
cancellation charges due to unforseen circumstances.
Bookings cancelled less than 7 working days before the date of commencement of package tours will be subjected
04. CANCELLATION
Hotels, carriers, restaurants, contractors or any other companies related to travel services may charge a cancellation
fee depending on circumstances. If any cancellation charges applyed, these charges will be billed to you.
03. DEPOSIT / PAYMENT
In certain circumstances, especially when hotels are running full or during peak seasons, hotels will require an
advance deposit/payment to secure reservations. Such deposits are usually required upon confirmation of rooms.
02. PAYMENT / BANK DETAILS
Full payment must be received 14 days prior to the arrival of your clients. Failure to comply with this condition may
result in the cancellation of reservations with respective suppliers without prior notice.
